A clear list makes a clearer estimate
Volume, weight, access, dismantling and disposal requirements affect the estimate. Photos should show the full removal scope, not only one example item. If the list changes, let us know before the appointment so the estimate can be reviewed. Removal does not automatically include deep cleaning, demolition or repair work; mention those needs separately.
